Regarding the first principle

Our guests stay at our hotel for a variety of reasons. They may be on business, sightseeing, or attending a sporting event, but they all return home exhausted. Our job is to help them relax and rejuvenate their minds and bodies so that they can work well again tomorrow, enjoy sightseeing, or win a game.

Regarding the second principle

People need to grow. I think the world we live in today exists because people have ambition and have grown. The same goes for companies; if the people within them grow, the company will grow.
You can't just work with people you like or get along with. You also have to act according to the convenience of the customer, not your own. In the process, you have to think independently and work in a way that benefits both yourself and the other person. This leads to personal growth.
