We provide heartfelt hospitality to bring smiles to our customers' faces.
At our hotel, we value warm customer service, where special treatment doesn't feel special at all.
We provide an environment where you can grow while supporting each other and working together, taking our customers' joy as our own.
The staff members have good teamwork and it's a homely workplace where they can help each other out when they need it. In addition to developing customer service skills, there are also many opportunities to put ideas into practice to make the hotel even better.
Would you like to help us create a hotel that will make guests want to come back?
We are sincerely looking for people who enjoy interacting with others and are willing to work hard for others.

Why did you decide to join this company?
What was important to me during my job search was "being able to be myself."
Unlike other companies, the selection process at this company was relaxed from start to finish, and I even enjoyed speaking during interviews, which I usually dislike. Because of this, I felt that I could work here as my true self, so I decided to join the company.

What do you feel you have grown and learned from working at this company?
What makes me feel like I've grown is the attitude of challenging myself to do what I want to do.
I've always loved design, and I started to put that passion to good use by becoming actively involved in creating POP displays to be displayed around the museum.
At first, I had no confidence in what I was making, but thanks to the positive reactions of the seniors around me, I was able to take on more and more challenges.
What I learned was proper language and behavior.
The main duties of front desk staff are dealing with customers, such as checking them in and out, and answering the phone, so I spent a lot of time learning about appropriate language and behavior during the training after joining the company. Even now, I review what I learned in training from time to time, and when I have questions about how to respond more appropriately, I try to look it up.

What kind of people do you work with?
Many people think, "I want to provide better service to our customers!" or "I want to improve my working environment!"
That's why I feel that there is an atmosphere where anyone can freely express their opinions, regardless of seniority, and where those opinions are accepted, thought about together, and used to make improvements.
In addition, many of them have a broad perspective and often complete the tasks they are planning to do ahead of time. Thanks to this, work progresses smoothly and I am able to work with peace of mind.
A word of advice to those who are undecided about joining the company!
The work of front desk staff is much broader than you might imagine, and you may feel like, "Is this all I have to do?" However, the knowledge and skills you acquire through your work are useful not only for work but also in various other situations, so they will all be valuable experiences for you. There may be many factors that make you feel unsure or anxious, such as irregular working hours and how to interact with customers, but rest assured that the staff you will work with will always support you.
Let's work together to create a hotel where "special treatment" isn't special!

Az Inn Handa Inter2nd Year

Why did you decide to join this company?
At first, I joined the company because I wanted to learn about Japanese customer service, but after working there for a year, I witnessed the moment when the customer's expression changed, and I realized that "a hotel front desk is not just a receptionist, but a presence that supports the start of the customer's day." As Inn is a hotel that values such a role, I would like to gain more experience here and become a staff member who can be close to each individual.

What do you feel you have grown and learned from working at this company?
I was able to learn and grow a lot at this company. In particular, I learned about the Japanese hotel's hospitality philosophy and the importance of valuing customers. I learned that it is important to pay attention to small things, use words, facial expressions, and movements so that customers can have a comfortable stay.
I also gained the ability to respond well in various situations. Different guests come to the hotel every day, so it is important to provide services that meet the needs of each individual. I have become stronger in my ability to think about what the customer wants and act quickly.
Furthermore, my communication skills in Japanese have improved as well. In particular, I was able to learn polite speech and business etiquette, and I feel that I have grown naturally while working.

What kind of people do you work with?
At AZ INN Handa Inter, there are many kind and cooperative colleagues. At first, there were many things I didn't understand, but my seniors and colleagues carefully taught me how to do my job. It's a very easy place to work because they are quick to help when you're in trouble. Also, many people value teamwork. We often come up with ideas and come up with ideas together to provide better service to customers. I was able to learn a lot from this.
A word of advice to those who are undecided about joining the company!
The staff are very warm and friendly to me, a Nepalese. Thanks to that, I can work with peace of mind and enjoy my work every day. I think AZ INN is the best choice for those who are interested in the hotel industry.
