- What are SDGs?
- It was adopted by the United Nations in September 2015 as a global indicator for a society that is balanced in the three aspects of economy, society, and environment. It has the goal of achieving by 9 the social foundations for people to live decent lives, including addressing poverty, hunger, water, health, education, medical care, freedom of speech, and gender, and has 2030 goals and 17 targets (achievement standards).

Balancing the environment and hospitality
We practice management that balances reducing environmental impact with providing comfortable, welcoming spaces.
- Reducing environmental impact by reusing linens for guests staying multiple nights
- Energy conservation through LED lighting and high-efficiency air conditioning equipment
- Promoting water conservation by using water-saving showers and toilets
- Paperless check-in using automated machines
- Installation of yukata and amenity bar in the lobby (no longer installed in each room)
- Elimination of plastic bottles in each room

Creating a rewarding work environment

- Promoting health and productivity management (certification as a Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation)
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys through anonymous surveys
- Actively hiring foreign staff to play an active role in the global era

- Implementing a training system that matches employees' career plans

Contributing to the local community through business activities
Through our corporate activities, we contribute to the development of the local economy and the expansion of employment.
- Providing breakfast with a focus on locally produced and locally consumed ingredients

Eco Cap Campaign
An initiative to recycle plastic bottle caps and donate the profits to pay for vaccines in developing countries

Displaying POPs in guest rooms to encourage guests to use up all the toilet paper

Front staff uniform renewal
For women, the theme was genderless, and either pants or skirts were acceptable.

Eco Cleaning
Those who do not require cleaning will be given free water. Additional towels and amenities will be charged.
