Overview of Handa Natural Hot Spring Maruhagon Fox Hot Spring

Hello everyone
This time, we will introduce Handa Natural Hot Spring Maruha Gon the Fox's Bath. This is a purely Japanese-style day-trip hot spring facility near the Chita Peninsula Road and Handa Chuo IC. It was named "Gon the Fox's Bath" after the famous work of the children's story writer Niimi Nankichi, who was born in Handa City. The hot spring water is hot at 59°C, and all the open-air baths are free-flowing from the source. The spring quality is a strong sodium chloride salt spring with various medicinal properties, and the warmth lasts after bathing. The waterfall bath is offered at a high temperature of 45°C to 46°C by taking advantage of the drop, and is popular with customers who like hot springs. In addition, a restaurant run by Maruha Shokudo, which is said to be the birthplace of jumbo fried shrimp, will reopen in the spring of 2022.
