This time, we will introduce the "Kunizakari Summer Strained Nigori Sake Festival" to be held on Saturday, July 7th.

By bottling the fermenting mash without pasteurizing it (sterilizing it), the result is a smooth texture and fresh aroma!

This is an event where you can enjoy "aragoshi nigori sake," a special sake that can only be tasted at the brewery, so why not come and check it out!
