The rainy season has ended in Fukui Prefecture, and there have been some extremely hot days with temperatures exceeding 35°C.

Be sure to stay hydrated and be careful of heat stroke.

Well, the other day I went to the roadside station "Dinosaur Valley Katsuyama" in Katsuyama City!

There is an open space at the back on the right where you can splash around in the small stream.

By the way, you can also go inside the dinosaur's mouth!

In addition to fresh vegetables and side dishes made with local ingredients, the store also had a lot of dinosaur-themed items.

And for the first time, I ordered the "Mizu Yokan Soft Serve."

You can taste the bean paste flavor, but it has a clean sweetness and was very delicious.

Next time I'd like to try the Wakasa beef minced cutlet burger.
