Spring is just around the corner!

On sunny days, you feel like going out somewhere, don't you?

So, I looked up the cherry blossom forecast to see when the blossoms in Fukui will bloom this year.

Flowering begins around March 31st, full bloom around April 7th.

[Asuwa River Cherry Blossom Avenue] Best viewing time: Late March to early April
[Asuwayama Park] Best time to visit: Early April to mid-April
[Nishiyama Park] Best viewing period: Early April to mid-April
[Maruoka Castle] Best time to visit: Early April to mid-April

Asuwa River is located about a 2-minute walk from Az Inn Fukui.

The tunnel of approximately 600 cherry trees is breathtaking, and the nighttime illumination is also fantastic and highly recommended.

It has also been selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Viewing Spots"!
