This time, I'd like to introduce the Historical and Folk Museum currently being held in Obu City.

Currently, the Obu City Historical and Folk Museum is hosting a special exhibition titled "Obu Research Exhibition: Ishimaru Ruins."


The Ishimaru Ruins are believed to be the remains of a medieval settlement stretching from Shirobata in Kitazaki Town to Ishimaru in Yokone Town, and they are said to contain valuable information about the lives of people at that time and the history of the region!

This exhibition allows visitors to feel closer to the history of Obu through excavated materials and research findings.

The event runs until June 14th (Sunday).
