- What time is check-in from?
- Check-in is from 15:00, however checking in earlier is also possible. (We may ask for additional charge)
- When is the checkout time?
- Checkout is at 10:00. There will be additional charges for later checkout times.
- Is there a parking space for large vehicles?
- There are parking spaces for over 9m long buses/ trucks, however the spaces are limited in number.
Parking spaces may be located slightly further from the hotel, and so we kindly ask for your understanding.

Please inform the hotel when making a reservation.

- We have a small child traveling together.
- There will be a special discount for children below their 3rd year in elementary school and if they are sleeping in the same bed as the guest. However, there are no extra amenities, and so we kindly ask for your understanding.
A king size bed that connects 2 beds together can be arranged for the Economy Twin room. - Can we have dinner inside the building?
- There are no facilities for having dinner inside the building. We have a map of nearby eating establishments so please ask the front desk.
Breakfast in the building is free of charge. - Are there coin-operated laundry machines?
- There are two laundry machines in the vending machine room on the 8th floor. The laundry machine (automatic detergent dispenser) charges ¥200, and the laundry dryer charges ¥100 for 30 minutes.
- Can the hotel keep luggage before checking in and after checking out?
- Luggage can be safely kept before checking in and after checking out. Please feel free to ask.
- Does the hotel have rental LAN cables?
- LAN cables are available for free.
The hotel also has DVD player(¥500/ night), humidifier, trouser press, low pillow/ cellular phone charger/ accessory box etc. available to rent for free.
